Shipping
Q - After I place my order, when can I expect it to ship?
A - Most products ship the same day; however in some cases a lead time should be
expected. Be sure to ask your sales representative for information specific to
your order.

Back Orders/Pricing
Q - How are backorders handled?
A-
If a particular product is not currently in stock and you place an order for it,
the order is placed "on back order." You will be contacted with the expected
delivery or ship date.
Q - I purchased a refurbished item a few months ago, and again last week.
The cost was slightly different. Why is that?
A- Secondary market product availability and costs change
daily. Due to this; IDPC's refurbished product availability and prices are
subject to change without notice. |

Q - What methods of payment are accepted?
A - IDPC accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa,
MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Certified Bank Checks,
Money Orders and Wire Transfers. NET Terms are available, contact your
